I do like the way you have presented this difficulty and it does indeed present me personally a lot of fodder for consideration. On the other hand, because of what precisely I have witnessed, I simply hope as the responses stack on that individuals continue to be on issue and in no way embark upon a tirade associated with some other news of the day. You almost made it to your sixth consecutive 60-minute recording, but you had no choice in adding 13 extra minutes. Your listener mail queue was probably really packed since the last episode. Do you let unused questions and comments linger in your inbox in a sort of execrable digital purgatory? I’d like to instead believe that they’re relieved of their existence humanely through the consoling grace of a cattle gun.

This is what happens when you take a break from podcasting. Did any of you actually vacation anywhere, or did indolence simply refuse to allow an episode release at that time? Incidentally, had you made it to your tenth consecutive hour-long episode, you guys would have won a free trip to the Bahamas.

I met Rick Tyler, Newt Gingrich’s press secretary, at a baby seal bludgeoning event in Canada. He’s a big fan of your podcast. We were both dismayed by some of the hate mail you received, especially the one you read in this episode. I asked Rick Tyler what he thought about that, and he said this:

“The dregs of establishment gaming forums cannot tolerate views that differ from the pablum that litters their cozy echo chambers. The firefight started when the unleashed cowardly drones discovered The Fanboys and became consumed with envy and bluster.

The opening salvo was timid at first (criticism masked as naïve questions). The sheep subsequently stepped up their game. Not wanting to lose credibility among the most obtuse gamers whose understanding of gaming is encumbered by abject fanboyism, they unloaded their entire clip. Without taking aim, they fired their lurid misconceptions and puerile aspersions while hiding behind their usernames and avatars.

But surely they had killed off The Fanboys; this is the way it always worked. Lesser podcast hosts would have quickly withered and succumbed to the onslaught. But out of the billowing smoke and dust of digital invective and trivia emerged mik, Sooch, Josh, and Wessy. This group of brave Americans is once again poised to deliver another great episode of The Fanboys Lunchcast. Haters can go choke on donkey shit!”

I like playing the game head to head with friends. EAsports should add some DLC like options to have a season mode, custom uniforms, stats, player trades, etc. It is in fact a stripped down version of Madden but that wouldnt be so bad if they hadnt stripped it down so much.
The computer tends to either blitz the MLB or have him cover the RB. So if you dont want to challenge yourself you can either do a RB dump pass or QB bootleg every single play and get gains. Kind of lame there.

So I know I’m probably just wasting my time here by leaving this but in all honestly I was kind of put off by Sooch’s Veteran’s Day talk. This could be because I’m a vet myself but there is just so much more then putting in hours at a sucky job. As a vet you not only put in many hours just like any old job but you have to put your life second to the mission. This includes your family as well. Before when I was younger I never really thought of this but 2 months after my daughter was born I was told that I was going to get deployed to Iraq, that I would have to leave my wife and my newborn to defend Sooch’s right to podcast, etc etc. Yes I understand that this was always a possibility but you never really think about it till it happens. I’ve been sent away from my family weeks at a time and I was extremely lucky for just that. I have had family members and friends get sent overseas for over a year at a time, that’s a whole lot to sacrifice and more then what some people understand. I’ve lost friends and even a family member to the wars.

We celebrate Veterans Day not only for those that have crappy jobs in the military but to thank those that have put their own lives on the back burner for the better of our country, whether they gave up their own hours, days, months, years or even their own life, we honor what they do by taking one day out of the year to remember them so I’m sorry Sooch if you don’t like all the Veterans Day comments but please realize that as a vet, it is so nice to see some support.

Sorry for that little rant, normally I wouldn’t say anything but for some really it really just stuck a nerve with me.
