The entries do not appear multiple times in the feed files, but the file size sometimes changes based on the request. It appears that certain feed readers, including iTunes, assume that the file size changing means there is a new post (which isn't a bad assumption by any means). When this occurs, it downloads the latest episode again. So I just need to figure out why this is happening and when it started. My sincere apologies to all listeners who are affected. I just upgraded to the latest version which should solve the issue. Please let me know if this keeps happening and I will turn off caching for the feed altogether.
